One year. A lot happens in a year. You make new friends, you lose some. You watch your brother grow up and you feel yourself growing up too. You have some of the best nights of your life, and some of the worst. You see your friends change right in front of your eyes and you start feel yourself lose them. You lose your first “love”. You become closer with this new guy you thought you hated. He’s cute, a little annoying, he’s sarcastic, but he’s exactly what you need right now. You hangout with him more and you come to realize that he isn’t so bad after all. You hear about his past and help him to find happiness. You hear him scream “Sydney, will you be my girlfriend?” in front of a ton of people and you think to yourself…why not. and here we are a year later. I’m glad a year ago today you came into my life.
